Del Sur Partners owns and operates controlling interests in businesses across various industry segment. We not only invest our partners capital, but we then use our expertise as operators to grow the underlying value of the business. We are industry agnostic with a particular focus on the following:
- Operator mindset - we are looking for businesses where we can operate and add value.
- Controlling interests - looking to acquire majority interests in portfolio companies.
- Flexible Structure - ability to meet the needs of seller, including tax planning/timing needs. Open to straight buyout, owner finance, owner rollover equity, etc.
